Rubber tracks supplied by us are built and designed by engineers who consistently aim for quality. We can offer a wide range of sizes and multiple versions (including non marking types of tracks with different patterns For mini-diggers, excavators, skid loaders, crawler dumpers and many more building machineries.
We try to provide:
- good product quality & competitive price
- immediate order execution
- support & technical assistance
We can offer different brands among which stands out for quality and global spread:
– Bridgestone the world leader of rubber tracks
– Camso, the Canadian producing company of the best track for durability and performance.
CAMSO
PATENTED 3S INTERNAL IRON CORE
Prevents detracking and minimizes vibrations for better ride quality and lower maintenance cost.
HIGH-TENSILE, RUBBER SEALED STEEL CABLES PROTECTED BY HEAVY-DUTY CARCASS AND TREAD
Resists carcass punctures and cable corrosion to extend service life
CURBSHIELD TECHNOLOGY WITH HEAVY-DUTY CARCASS
Maximizes service life prior to track degradation process triggered by edge.
Camso tracks are designed with much thicker tread than most OEM tracks. Maintaining more rubber around the carcass offers more protection on carcass puncture and edge cutting. This all translates in longer service life and less downtime. The end result of this test is: Camso MEX HXD offers 30% more service life.
How to get the most out of your rubber tracks?
To get the most out of your rubber tracks, you must treat them with care. We recommended the following basic guidelines in this respect:
1- It is essential that you maintain the correct tension on your tracks at all times.
2- Check your vehicle operating manual for details, or ask your Bridgestone dealer information.
3- Check the undercarriage components (i.e. Sprocket, rollers and idler) for wear periodically. Wear and damage of undercarriage components can affect track performance and durability.
4- Limit the use of your vehicle on sharp rocky surfaces, gravel and fields with crop stubble.
5- Avoid too many fast and sharp turns, or hill-traversing use.
6- Prevent large foreign objects becoming entangled in your undercarriage.
7- Do not drive with track sidewall edges pressing against hard walls, curbs and other objects.
8- If oil or similar products get on the tracks, clean it off immediately.
9- When storing our vehicle for a period of time, keep it indoors away from rain and direct sunlight.
How to recognize the right track
In order to define quickly and easily the most compatible track specification for your purposes, we need the following information:
Machine brand and model
Track size
1. Width or rubber track (mm)
2. Numbers of links
3. Pitch (interval between embedded metal plates/links: mm)
In some case it is also necessary:
the type of ground roller employed on the machines (some examples given opposite – A,B,C,D or E )

A – Center-running type roller for conventional track convenzionale

B – Outside-running type roller for conventional track

C – Inside flange roller for interchangeable track

D – Outside flange roller for interchangeable track

E – Rail type roller for interchangeable track
It is very important that you buy a track which is compatible with your particular machine. If you do not fit the optimal track specification an quality, you may:
– Quickly damage your new track
– Damage your machine’s undercarriage
– Obtain poor track durability/performances
– To minimize your machine’s unplanned “down time”/maintenance periods.
